Tried the first link. Very well done! Especialy I like the new shape of clouds and where clouds are meeting water softly at the horizon!
And new colors looks outstandingly great!
Moon is now a normal size and looks just like I see it at night in real life!

I was just curious about atmosphere. I can see targets radius 16km around, but somehow I feel Watch officer can spot those targets at about 8-9 km only in clear visibility.. Just like in 8 km atmoshphere..

I might be wrong of course judging it from one test patrol only.. well I will keep an eye on this matter and will report here if something still is not quite right in my opinion..

Huge thanks anyway!

If it is 16k atmosphere you should be able to see the destroyer from the starting point in the navigation academy using binoculars/uzo etc, and should show on map, 8k will not. If using the GWX option be careful to have the 16k atmosphere selected prior to using the mod or you will run into problems, GWX and stock are 8k by default.

Thanks Reece I will check on that destroyer in naval academy, I did as u said, your mod has overwriten GWX 16 km mod and it looked nicely, but as I wrote in another thread, (I will repeat myself now) it bacame odd for me when looking at the cliffs at 8-9 km, they look fogy and the land color could not be seen
As far as I remember in GWX 16 km u could see land clearly from 13-15 km or so, will be back to u shortly after cheking things in naval academy.

Ok so I did some testings and compared SHIV Scene for GWX 16k v3b with GWX 16 km.

The landscape rise on approach makes almost no difference between these two mods, just that in SHIV Scene for GWX 16k I believe is sharpened reflections on the water so the reflections on the water can be seen some time before the landscape itself is starting to appear in the horizon.

What about I was absolutely right is the spotting distance

in SHIV Scene for GWX 16k WO notices target at 8-9 km away in clear visibility, while in GWX 16 km target is spoted 15 km away in clear visibility. So I would like to see it fixed if possible

BTW I'm using resolution fix so when I'm looking into the sun straight - lets say sun is in the middle of the screen it looks ok, but when I turn the cam and the sun goes to the side of the screen it looks outstreched a bit.

That's all for now Reece
