Default replay in Multiplayer?

Hi there,

Just a question: Is it possible to save replays from a multiplay match?
I searched the forum, but looking for 'replay' gave a huge amount of threads...and 'replay + multiplayer' almost nothing (at least as far as i have seen).

So, i tried the comon method popular for DW-Matches (make a copy of the replay.dat - this case the replay.tmp? - and save a replay with a different mission, then copy the old replay.tmp and load) but it only produced "failed to load" errors.

Any suggestions how this could work?

Phil

PS: sorry for bad english...

No, but i thought you could save the replay somehow.

The reason for this was that i found a file "replay.tmp" in one of my SH4-folders...but i had never saved a replay. It was even the first time i heard about that.
So it might be that SH4 produces a bufferfile(s) with all the data necessary for the replay since i don't think SH writes them when you save a replay. They are there before as it saves the data..not creates it.
So my question is: Is it possible to get this files into another replay instead of the original or can you open it with some tool?
