Looking for good sound and or GFX mod (TMO and RSRD Compat)

The title pretty much says it all, any and all help or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You'll find PE 3.3 has a sound mod. RFB has great sound included in the mod. Comparing the sounds from RFB, TM and PE to stock, well, there's no comparison.

There is also another sound mod Poul did. You can do a search in the mods section but the RFB sound, IMO, is the best out there. LukeFF did a lot of work on that and it certainly shows.
