SubSim chat
It just occurred to me, after almost 2 years of membership on SubSim, that there is a chat on the site.
I checked, and nobody was there. Is that thing ever used by any SubSim members? It looks ancient in it's design, as if noone has cared about updating it.

It would be a lot more efficent than posting in threads to reply to someone personally. Much less bother than PM's as well. Perhaps we could arrange a standard time for regular members to chat?

Chat Rooms are for little old ladies who trade recipes or for people who want to "hook up". Who wants to chat with a bunch of dudes? Forums work because you can radio in and radio out, slick and easy, and find what topic you are interested in.
