Need helo with trigger doctrine language please

Hello

I'm trying to set up a scenario where hostile subs can "call" for air support by the help of an attached trigger to the enemy sub. My problem is that the air craft are created no matter what, if I'm close enough to get detected or 100´s of miles away, the air craft will spawn at the same time as the submarine. Can anyone help me?

Set the probability of inclusion for the aircraft to zero.
