Is this normal for GWX 2.1 I am cruising on surface coming out Kiel Canal.
Full Moon at night. but it gets darker and darker? on bridge?

I think Reece made a mod which makes the night brighter - search for threads started by him.

Be warned though: making the night brighter also makes you more visible to the enemy; they will spot you more-or-less the same as they do in daylight.

It is only the ENV color map that has been changed with Color Inspector V2, don't think it would have any effect on the enemies visual range, there are no actual values changed. I didn't notice any difference in enemy behavior, just like turning gamma up, the stock GWX 2.1 8k has this done, origanally set by Markimov. Mind you the difference is very little as far as visability is concerned! basically it's maxed out!

Reece,
DL your 16K Light night mod.
What does ENV color Map? has been changed in PS? mean??.
Will it work in GWX 2.1 I have the 16KM Atomosphere set on.
Guess you can Load it with JSGME installer? I have a saved Patrol file.
would this change it so it won't Load?

Cheers
Lane

Works with GWX 2.1 & can start mid patrol, doesn't matter. The reference to PS is my mistake, been awhile since I did the mod, the edits to Env have been done with Color Inspector V2.

My bad! I thought you'd changed the envcolor files, but you only changed the skycolor files.

Installed the 50 percent Light night mod with the jsgme installer in GWX 2.1
and was able to see from the bridge. Seem to work fine.
Thank's Reece
Cheers
