mod choice help from "the brain trust!!!"

my comp is:
HP Pavilion duel core 2.13(2x)
2 gb ram
nvidia geforce 7300 le

i have 1.4 plus uboat


I currently use RFB 1.5 & patch: torp dam 1.5

what i wish to have from the mod group you advise me to:
few planes
torp and deck gun power up to about 1.5
a log book that i can write into
bow mounted deck gun

what matters little to me:
graphics ( i wanna kill, it dont have to be in high definition)
historically correct (they dont have to be somewhere at a certain time cause I would have NOT known they would be there in the first place !!)
my typing and spelling skills ( odviously)

so all you thrillers and killers of the deep give me your best advise
I do have the download thing to set up mods
