Which file makes the "video-background noise" inside the boat

The stock install of SH4 with UBM has a noisy background. You see all the things within the boat with this noise. After installing all the mods it is not there anymore.

Does anyone know, which file is making this? And what the file also makes to the game. Can I just use the original one wth the mods or is something strange happening?

RSRD for TMO

das boot music
das boot speech mod
