TMO problem

After installing TMO for v1.5 I have strange bug, when I start new campaign with S18 sub and I enter the game, I can't sail. When I order my crew to sail I hear "Cannot comply"...It happenes only with S18 sub. Strange thing is that I hadn't this "bug" before using this mod with v 1.5.

Anyone can help ?
