what mods on sh4

Hi guys

I'm a sh3 user with GWX. I'm going to try sh4 with the uboat expansion.
What mod(s) are a must for me to play sh4? Can you give me some advice?

personal opinion: RSRD, Pacific environment, operation monsun v200.
I think TM is not realistic.
I'm trying RFB...

For some fun look in the Operation Monson stickied thread. Lurker has made mods for the Indian Ocean and also just created Operation Drum Beat.
