Passed over for promotion?

I thought the promotion from Oberleutnant to Kapitäleutnant happened automatically at 15,000 renown. In my current career, I'm at 18,000 renown and still no promotion.

I'm wondering if somehow I got on Doenitz's wrong side...

Whoa...wait...Its hazy (with all of the schnapps that nighty), but now that I think about it, there was a girl in Berlin during leave last fall that said she was Doenitz's daughter. I thought she was just joking....

Any insight?

Wiser folk than me will probably answer your question,but it may be assosciated with the number of patrols completed..
If not ,change Doenitz,s daughters Delta renown to zero,she deserves it.

"The renown needed for a promotion is not the cumulative renown you've gathered through your career, but rather your current amount of renown."
