{REQ} Better Scopes for SH4 1.5!

I need this mod and just painstakingly copied all the changes from the version I had into the menu1024.ini file, but only the binoculars work. I guess some of the ID numbers have changed on the entries in that file because I copied it over exact. but the periscope is missing bearing markings and looks very plain. Can someone port that awesome mod over to 1.5?
