[REQ] How do you add a new flag in flags.dat?

How do you add another flag into Flags.dat? I been doin trial and error butno sucess in adding one.

A 'bump' because I want to know the answer to this, too.

I'd say,
Make a copy of the flag.dat,
Clone it.
export the chunks you want and import into a copy of the uncloned original.
Rename parts as needed.
And correct ID links if need be.
