:hmm: Guess it could in theory as the pilots get picked up. Would be great to snag one or two out of the water and appear in the damage control teams slots.....just because these are open generally. Might have to make their abilitys zero as they would not operate the sub.

Not a bad idea... make them paint the sub's exterior while submerged.

I'm ALWAYS nice to japanese sailors!

I have the exec offer the survivors coffee, and only gun them down if they try to row away from me!

well i know there's a resque survivor button so could we allow it to work for both sides

i think it would be a nice add on

like a real capitan you could ignore the sailors and go on if the mission dosen't allow for it (like 6 boat loads of survivors) or your heart is 2 sizes too small
OR, you could pick them up. I knwo this is historical beacuse ive seen footage of this from the Uss Skate.

Well I guess my heart is too small because I don't have a problem leaving them there or shooting them.

The thing that cracks me up about the whole thing is you just torpedoed God knows how many of their shipmates and now were supposed to worry or feel bad about the 2 row boats.:rotfl: Another little bit of info: they had a tendency to hold onto a machine gun and wait on someone to step out on the bridge of the sub who just killed there buddies.

that's when you stay away and aim the 40mm flak cannons...that'll shut them up
