Dont know if anyone has posted this already. My apologies if so. Vbulletin wont allow me to do a search for less than 4 characters. (c02, bug, ... you get the idea)
I (finally) encountered the C02 bug with no contacts around. I had recently surfaced as it was night. I went to crash depth and saved immediately, then exited the game entirely. Once I restarted and reloaded my C02 save, I tried surfacing normally, but that didnt work. So I reloaded and blew ballast with Battle Stations enabled. I have no idea which part(s) of that worked, but it did. Just thought I'd throw that out there for yall.

Take a look at this thread:
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=132471 Near the bottom of that thread you'll notice I did the same thing as you. Tho I didn't mention it there, I also crashed-dived (just to get under quicker), saved the game, reloaded, blew ballast (to surface quicker), and no more CO2 issues... I have not been able to reliably reproduce the bug, which makes it harder to find a consistent way to fix it. |
