Made for SHIII Vanilla,

a very very very early Alpha of the WWI UB-I coastal submarine

replaces the IID Uboat, but early war only.

still has issues,, many issues, but is playable as is right now.

She is fun and quite different to sail, Sability on the real boaty was bad, and I was able to reflect that in her too.

I am posting this now as I am off to San Diego for the next 2 weeks and off Line

just a question, how many torps does this thing have ?
the real ones had only 2 (and none reserve)

The new version of s3d does not work on my system. and I do not believe the old one can delete the center tube.

Are you able to remove the center tube for me and email/post me back that change? thanks If not,I plan to just move it tothe side and same location as the portside tube, then adjust the torpedo loadout to accept only the G7a's and then only two.

As for her deck gun, These mdels will eventually be changed to be more correct, some had Maxims, some had a small, still unknown to me cannon.

I'll continue to work on her and related files until she is correct and screens match up! I hope to make her as nice a product as you have with your S-boat, Medals and all. Any help in those areas will be greedly accepted.

In time and slowly learning, I hope to add several WWI German and Central powers submarines (Austria-Hungary) and also replace ships and DD's with WWI era items to make it more realistic.

I recall reading someone already made uniforms for WWI, I'll keep looking for these and see how they look!. One less headache for me.

My very very very long term goal for sub replacements are

Type IIa UBI class Austra Hungary
Type IId UBI Class Germany
Type 7b U31 Class
type 7c Curie class under Austria Hungary, (Von Trapps boat)
Type 9b U87
Type 9c UC-III class
Type 9d1/2 U-Deutchland
Yype XXI undecided (I am thinking of reserving this slot for something like a Yarrow torpedoboat. ) Have the model, not textured.

Still very flexable. But I really want the Curie, Some models will be imported from other programs, Some I have from modeling in other programs. Some, are straight from SHIII and no need to change them, (Revenge, The four pipers, ect)

So with jsut a little effort, and change, I think the WWI is quite possible
