Default Intermittent sound file of torpedo loading

Ok, in all the time I've played SHIII I have never heard this sound before, until installing GWX 2 and U-boat 1.2. When a torpedo tube is loaded (and assuming I'm not runing higher than TC4) the WeO can be heard announcing that the tube is loaded. However, now . . .

Now and then, before the WeO announces that, I've been hearing an odd sound I've never heard before. Like a series of soft clunks, then a hydraulic hissing sound ending with a low clunk. And then I hear the standard WeO announcement.

It's a really kewl sound, but . . .

It seems to be intermittent. And I'm not sure why. I'm not sure if it's boat-dependant (i.e., VII versus IX) or crew-dependant (i.e., you need a torpedo-qualified officer maning the WO station) or simply random.

Anyone have any ideers about this?

I've noticed that too, it seems to depend on who the Weapons Officer is. Maybe all the WO voices don't have the loading sounds added.
