Default GWX 2.0+SH3 Commander= CTD!

By the title, one can see what is my problem.

I did a clean install of SH3, after I unistalled, and deleted everything, even the registter. Patched with 1.4 and then install GWX 2.0. Run the game first time, all fine, did the exams missions, configured the game.
Then activated the 16km Atmosphere, Enhanced Damage Effects and the Captain America's Officer Icons.
Putted the SH3 commander files in the Cfg folder, and run the game for the first time with SH3 commander to begin a new career. When loading the game, ctd. So I rollback the commander and run the game without it, and GWX 2.0 run fine.
I thought, some files in the sh3 commander may be altered, so uninstalled the program, download again, installed and copy the files again. Begin the game through SH3 commander, and all went O.K! But today, when begining the game with SH3 commander, got again CTD. Rollback, and run the game without the SH3C and the game went fine.

Any advices or ideas why this happend?

PS: Sorry if its confused. Tried explain all I had done.

If you are using SH3 Commander you have to DL cfg files for it. There aviable ot the GWX website.

Getting weirdier and weirdier, I saw the posts Badger. Went to run the game with SH3 commander to see the ctd error message. All ok, so it's possibly because I have to rollback everytime, exit the game e did all the same things, no ctd when loading. Damn... only thing I did diferent and before runing was clean my temp folder, and deleted this:"appcompat.txt"
