ship textures mod

Is there a mod for new ship textures on filefront?there is one here but i cant get it for some reason.I need a stand alone one as i have the game modded just the way i like it.And i also need a mod to lower those annoying contact messages.

P.S Thank oyu to all the modders you have made this game look and play amazing.also i am using patch 1.4.
