RTB Dutch Harbor - Can't End Patrol
Did the Aleutians Special Recon mission. 3rd objective is RTB Dutch Harbor. Went to Dutch Harbor, the star turned grey, but, it does not give me the option to end the patrol. Sailed south to Pearl - same thing. Ideas ?

When I got that mission, I ended up having to return to Midway. Look on the nav map. The bases have black anchors. The base you are supposed to return to has a blue anchor tilted to the left. Both times I've had missions that say dutch harbour I've actually had to return to Midway.

Not entirely sure, but last night I had a similar mission. After refit at Dutch Harbor, I sailed west looking for shipping to sink. When I got near the Japanese mainland, I sent in a status report and I got sent a NEW mission. I'm using the Run Silent Run Deep campaign mod, by the way.
