Default Newbie frustration

I've searched the net looking for a SH4 walkthrough or strategy book. I've Just installed the game and the manual isn't any help explaining even the basic training school. Anyone know where I can d/l a walkthrough?

If I want to get this frustrated I'll talk with my ex-wife. :p

Thanks,
Larry

There is a boat load of stickies on this forum on the matter. Plenty to read.

This place is your manual, the real one sucks. Check out the stickies section there are lots of great guides there

There are no printed strategy books for subsims anymore either. Learn strategy here or on the job.

Default Sub School

I'm going to Submarine School and under navigation I'm asked "Reach the Marked Area". Can't find the marked area on the map. How do I increase or decrease the navigation map size?

Thanks for you help.

You can zoom using the mouse-wheel and pan around by simply dragging the map with the left button of the mouse.

Make sure you're in the world navigation map and not the battle map.
You have limited zoom with the battle map.
