Hi,
I am a very new SH4 skipper. Is there a key stroke or any other way to get the deck crew to indicate what the nearest visual contact is like in SH3?? HB |

Sorry, no, there is no button. Sorely missed as well. Nothing like, 'Ship spotted!' OK, were is it? Silence.
![]() I think Trigger Maru has implemented this but not sure.

Just FYI, this is NOT A SUPPORTED FEATURE from the developers. My assumption is, if they intended us to use it, they'd have mapped it. I say this because it is NOT included in the latest metric/imperial conversions by the patch. It still gives its feedback in feet, not yards. |

Well hell Duci, I would be satisfied if they would just give the bearing when he sees the darn target. I do not need to know how far off the target is. I mean really, 'Ship spotted!'......'ok Capt, my job is done. Going below now, bye bye.' I have spent many times popping up on the bridge and having to pan around looking for the target. Meanwhile the lookout is on the cigarette deck taking a union break.
