Hello everyone.
This is my first post, and I want to say hello to all of you.I am from Romania and I want to say that I am very proud that SH3 and SH4 are made by my countrymen. I played SH3 with GWX and now I play SH4, but I am a bit confused about a few mods. I have made a clean install of SH4, updated the game to 1.4 and started downloading the mods.I plan to install Trigger Maru v 1.6.5, GFX Maru, ROW series mods and a couple more. I noticed that there are 2 versions of TMaru Gfx, a 2.1 and 2.2 and I do not know which one to use because 2.1 is bigger than 2.2. There is also a problem with ROW High resolution Sea Foam, because the link provided does not leads to a download at Filefront. I tried at downbelow but the downloaded archive does not work. So my questions are: 1. Which GFX pack should I use? 2. From where can I get ROW High Resolution Sea Foam? 3. In what order should I enable the mods? 4. Should I use the mods now or should I wait for the mods to be reworked for 1.4 version of the game Thank you very very much for the amazing things you people are doing here |

Don't install any mods at this time, unless the modder states that his mod is 1.4 compatible. The modders are working to make their mods compatible with 1.4 and most should be good to go within a few days. Even though a non compatible mod may load and play within the game, it is not a good idea to load any mod, especially a large mod pack like trigger maru, until the mod is fully compatible with 1.4.
The Devs on this game are awesome. You should be rightly proud of them. |

Welcome to SUBSIM
![]() Go with what TDK says. When you do start with mods, there is a great link on my sig for an illustrated guide on how to use JSGME. RDP |
