Default Small Tweak Pack

Just a couple of small tweaks I use on my setup

"Stealthy" mouse cursor.
New crew management screen background (Type VII schematic).
Periscope up/down sound(originally taken from Gunther Hessler's SH4 ultimate soundmod but modified to mono and slightly lower gain for SH3).

JSGME ready,just remove anything you don't want

was fed up with every time I open binoculars there is a glowing brass arrow there

ahh,so its more of grey cursor lol nice idea though, totaly understand. anoying glowing standard cursor lol

it's not stealthy untill you can rig it for slient running...Jk, ill have to get it!
