istallation problem!

Hello, i recently un-installed my SH4, when i try to re-install it sometimes this comes up, "CRC error The file (file name) dosen't match the setups .cab file. The medium from which you are running may be corrupted: contact your software vendor", then it has abort setup ignore(does it again if i hit it) and retry, never works. What does this mean and can i fix it?

try cleaning the disk. If that doesnt work try restarting the PC. if that doesn't work your disk might be broke
