Note the string of victory flags and pennant flying from the SD radar mast and broom tied to the #2 periscope signifying "clean sweep" (SJ radar and mast have been censored)

I think the "Battle Flags" mod adds the "Meatballs" to the side of the conning tower.

because he is doing it for all of us guys that are not proficiant with useing the tools he is using plus he updates our battle flags everytime we go to port with new information on tonage and kills. If you look at my signature the flag says OUT ON PATROL.

Hi Fish40, we are doing boat emblems and kill flags by request right now as we are still testing.

Leovampire, I'd love to see the flags down the antenna and a union jack off the transom pole when steaming into port

Agreed, at best we can soon release vanilla subs with Emblems ( no kill flags )
Then have a few volunteers like Sober and others help keep the Battle Flags and Conning Tower Kills updated. I will create several web-forms that folks can fill-out, that will email us with new boat and update requests in an easy to follow order for quick updating.
Note: Originally this mod started since there was not one out there, I rolled-up my sleeves to make one for the USS Thresher, and with lot's of guidance from FooFighters' and Leovampire, It was a reality. I wanted to give something back to Subsim and offer my work files 'kit' to the forum, but alot of folks out there did not have photoshop.
