invalid instalation

I am trying to install GWX, not very successfully. When running GWX.exe set up, it gives me my language option, pauses for a few moments and the tells me that my SH3 installation is invalid! This is a bona fida disc, V 1.4b, bought through Amazon. Can anyone help please. Cheers wivs.

People experienced similar problems with Vista - Is that what you're running? You must be in Administrator mode to install under Vista.

By the way, this is the SH IV Mods forum. I think you'd get a better response posting your question in the SH III one.
