First mission insertion

Playing my first game on SH4. Pretty eventless to the insertion marker. I'm there but i don't know how to insert him? Thanks in advance.

Stop on the surface. You should get a message.

You need to be submerged close to the drop off point, then surface, and come to a stop. The second you drop off the raft put your boat into back standard, and cover your ears. If the raft happens to hit the side of your boat it will make a hell of a racket.

Thanks again. I went back into try it and i'm having another problem, LOL. I saved at where was i at but when i try to reload it says load failed. I have three saves and they all do it? Anyone?
