I would say Ok go ahead and flank that desktop,

but if it is for a comercial purpose mate, I would say

No defenetly as my stuff is free and I want it to remain
free and for personal use over the SHIII game and community!

If it's for you OK no Problem !

Yea there is no Reazon , but ther are some less Honest dudes
flying allover the Net mate, I have found some in the past,
and just wanted to make this clear!

Leasten Just do what ever you want with the Desktop and the Flag
but if you release it here or any other site for download just mention
my part on the Flag building and thats it mate!
