Not refitting torpedoes"

i try to refit my torpedoes at my home base of pearl harbour and it doesnt work, ive tried many times, ive tried at midway, sanfran, is this a bug? please uup im on the verge of loving this game but thier just seems to be many obstacles one after another,does a patch fix it? please help

While in refit or home port, you have to drag the torps onto your sub from the left stores list onto your sub slots on the right manually. It's not automatic as many people expect.
