Default Found an old friend

http://www.fileplanet.com/167604/160...Supermod-v1.1a

Is that the complete original Grey Wolves? Because for the life of me I can't find it anywhere else except there on file planet! Unless someone has it on their own Filefront account or lurking on their hard drive somehwere. I guess if not I can just create an account with FP.

Why do I want the original Grey Wolves? Lets just say I am a man who appreciates the classics and would love to have a crack at the original one more time in between goes of GWX 1.04 when, she is ready.

Holy Cow!

GW 1.1a has been DL'd from the File Planet site alone... over 23,000 times!

LOL @ Mikey

Some think I'm a little an*l when it comes to file storage.

However, I have every file/fix that was ever released since the advent of TGW.

Infact, if you check my Storage HDD you'll find full installations of:

SH3 1.0
SH3 1.4b
SH3 + GW 1.0
SH3 + GW 1.1a
SH3 + GWX Beta
SH3 + GWX 1.0 / Dec 23rd Fix / 1.01 / 1.02 / 1.03

Sucks up a bit of space but if I ever need to load into one, it's just a copy & paste job. As soon as I get my blueray burner they can all go onto a disk and I can reclaim about 36 GB.

Danlisa is speaking of closed-session beta files.

<Dan... hurry up... close the bunker door man! That's not thunder... its FEET!!! Maybe if we sneak away really fast they won't notice we are here.>

<WHAT do you mean "You can't find the helmets." That's not funny man.>

Well I would have kept the first Grey Wolves were it not for one stupid mistake I did.

Like I said in my introductory thread I had a brief stint on NYGM before going to GW. I kept the NYGM files in their own folder which I named NYGM Supermod. I also kept GW in there as well, renaming is just Supermods. Well, I stuidly deleted the entire folder one day and that was it, gone.

I think I have to pay for FilePlanet membership and I'm pretty skint at the mo. Need every penny to my name. Especially since I have no job, and, right, torrents never used one before what do I need to make one work?

I seem to remember that you can actually create a free account. IIRC, you go part way through registering for the paid accounts then stop after you enter the login details.

Failing that, I'll upload the GW1.1a mod for you over the weekend or slap it on disc for ya. Besides, your just up the coast.

Oh my word thanks very much, that would be great, I'm sure if there are any others like me with unfinished business with the first GW would appreciate a mirror to get it. Pen said that she'll stick it on her filefront account along with GWX, she's reuploading that today, if you lot are willing.

Thanks very much danlisa.

I have no objections. Tell her I said to go for it. FileFront is a real pig though... overly frequent automatic deletion queues. Ya hafta babysit the darn thing to keep your files up.
