Default [REQ] Sub Tenders

Can some of the great modders here, place a sub tender in Darwin, which is much closer to patrol areas. Returning to bases in Perth, or Sidney, is really a waste of time and fuel when Darvin is so much closer. When the US re-took Manila, a sub tender there would make sense too as it was home to the Asiatic fleet before the war.

I didn't bother to research the timeframes on this in RL, so I just put it there December 20th til the end of the war.

http://mpgtext.net/subshare/976Darwin%20Tender.rar

I didn't even test it, if it works, cool, if it doesn't work for you, let me know, it was easy enough to add.

Ichecked Roscoe, but there is no date range, just that they were there early, before January, 1942.

BTW, I need to trash the port in Darwin, it looks like NYC there, and in 1942 Darwin had a population of 600.

Not 600,000, six hundred. The ports in this game are absurdly large for the PTO, even the "very small" harbor is grossly overlarge for Darwin.

Can you take a bulldozer to Honoria and call in a remodeling team for Pearl Harbor too?

The UrbanismLevels.raw file which looks to govern the sizes and locations of settlements seems to be based on present day data rather than ww2 era.
