Cannot remember what mod introduced two buttons which were used in SH3. One being the Distance to way point and distance at present speed. I wish they were Incorporated into 1.3 as they are very helpful.

I think you'll find "distance to end" is built-into SH IV, or, at least, 1.3. I don't use it, but I definitely noticed it. It's close to the "depth below keel" button in the Command Room view.

Distance to end is there but for some odd reason the range at current speed is only on the keyboard...shift-d, or something or other. I too wish this could be on the interface as it is key in fuel management.

Added that ICON to the Orders bar (also added a tool tip) in to my Search pattern Mod, lets call it 1.1 Beta, as I did not have time yet to fix the "NEW GRAPHICS" for the icon (off to work here)
Will fix a final version after work :p DOWNLOAD LINK: http://files.filefront.com/SEARCH+PA.../fileinfo.html |

Thanks, Capn! You da man! I think that is the right thing..."range at current speed" is what the command is in SHIII and it is found in the navigators reports. It allowed you to chart your course to the target zone and back and then see if you could finish that distance at your current speed or not. Dont understand why it was left out of the command interface but at least with your help it will be back where its supposed to be and my leaving port routine will be intact!
