I think I have a serious cold coming. I feel sort of bunged, I have a headache, and I feel a bit queezy.

Its been a while since I was ill. Jeez..

bunged up is an english way of saying blocked nose. :p

I didn't know the exact meaning of the word in your slang, but I was pretty sure it wasn't the same as US slang.

Onion in hot milk in case of sore throat.
Ocean salt in body-warm water for gargling, and rinsing the nose.
Lots of Vitamine-C, sipping it every hour in hot tea, for example.
Hot shower, staying warm afterwards to sweat as much as possible.
Sleep.
More sleep.
Much more sleep.
Aspirin at best - no more medication.

If you've stopped smoking recently then you will get things like this happening; put another way, you have to have some side-effects to all those times you've given your internal organs a bonfire to play with.

well i recommend a nice walk along a beach.... then some water... then a bottle of wine...and u shud be fine in a few days
