[REL] Mod pack

Here is a collection of enhancements I like.
Generic mod installer ready or self install. While using, other mods may need to be edited in manually via the .INI files. Numpad has more deck functions. Help through F-1 (in game). Too many improvements to list. Seperate Text file soon to come.
Choose "Run" from here and it will copy the self extraction zip somewhere on your computer! Otherwise just save...
