Not in my campaign games but I can tell you shes very tough
recommend 5 widespread torps along her full length and
set for a metre below the Keel.

Don't know how upto date this intel is.........

You will find it docked for nearly 2 months at a port up by St Laurence Gulf ( sp ) 8/43
The Iowa leaves just north of Chesapeake on the 11/11/43 heading for a north African port
It stays docked in that north African port for 10 days
However, I would go looking for it just yet.

Hey, at least the version we're facing doesn't carry Tomahawks, or ASROC, for that matter.

I watched last nite a doc on the Bismark & anyone seen the documentary on Uboats called "Death traps" great documentary had many German kaptains talking about their experinces, one kaptain sunk a merchant, went to sruface found like 100 or so sailors & citizens in the water and lifeboats so hooked the lifeboats up to the Uboat and sailed for the nearest neutral port! Even gave the woman & children hot soup!

Great documentary.

Theres one erie part where Gunther Prien mother is interviewed, she goes on to say that her son told her once that whenever hes on the deck at night by himself he see's death, sitting to his right smiling, he turns and death says "not yet your still got more time"... Either hes seeing death, grim reaper? or hes been depth charge once to often!

Get Death Traps best uboat documentary ive seen!

Yes, I know. I just put it in for that amazing KAAA..BOOOOM!
I like how that water circles away due to the shock wave from the gun firing.

Well, I can't say that I ran into the Iowa. I managed to avoid it by turning a bit to starboard.
