Where's my radio?

Ahoy:
Well, I finally bought SH4 after worrying my ATI X1300 video card wouldn't work-and I'm glad to say everything on medium and it's working great!
I downloaded the Real Fleet boat mod and the CBS radio mod-

But I can't figure out (even after searching the forum) Where the heck is the radio?
There are no tabs for it that I can find- and when I click on the radioman he always just brings up the sonar screen?

Any help?

Just using this pic to show you where the radio button is.

First, click on the one selected in the first set of buttons above here ( last to the right ). Then on the second set, the radio is the one in the middle on the bottom set of buttons. The one selected in the pic is the grammaphone.
