I think you mean sub skins. I also think you want to post pictures. You can do this in the post message box by inserting an Imageshack or photobucket link by using the insert image button.

When replying to a post, simply paste in the IMG code into the body of the post like this:

Naturally remove the spaces in the brackets

That, when pasted into the body, will display this (a sig for my RO unit):
