1.4 patch error

HD died over the weekend,had to reinstall all my programs including SH3.Install went ok,but when patching to 1.4 I get the following error message-data\menu\de help.txt unknown version.Any help you be greatly appreciated-Tks-Cody

Hello Cody:
Just delete that file and problem solved. Sometimes, the patch doesn't seem to "like" that file.

I have in counted this little problem but as CapZap said just delete it and your be OK.
