Odd gauge problem

Ok so in one carrer [Command Room veiw] all the major gauages are at 12 o'clock high.

Two other carrers rolling along just fine. First I thought it was a coincidence. Adjusting depth, speed, checking the CE's gauge panel revelaed otherwise. Alright, restart the game, load the save - same deal they're stuck. Tried a roll back, all the t/c's are default. This one has me baffled, thoughts?

Nevermind I guess. Restarted this carrer from base and things are back to normal.

I have seen this happen but can't recall the fix. I remember it was something realtively simple. IIRC it would happen when I loaded a save but all looks OK when I start a career. Have a search through the form for something like " gauges at 12 o'clock" whcih was how I found the fix I think.
