Default Great films about Battle of Atlantic

Just found this great films on Youtube. Maybe is been already but I think is worth watching. On this link you will find all necessary parts, to avoid linking all the links one by one. EDITED: Link removed as it was copyrighted stuff. Sorry, poor sailor I understand you did it well-intentionated but it is my duty to remove the link.

Brilliant - the book from the BBC series "The Battle of the Atlantic" was good too.

Just finished it last night!

Excellent reading, very informative....and nicely written as well.....

the only bad thing I can say about the book is that it 'races' through the period after 'Black May' 1942..

Recommended though...


Tonight I will start with; U boat War Patrol the hidden of U 564 or Iron Coffins....not decided yet...

I read the book and saw a trailer of that documentary long ago, but isn't this copyrighted stuff?? Can someone confirm if it was openly emitted or pay-per-view/cable? :hmm:

It's copyrighted for sure....

you can buy the dvd for about 15 euro's, 150 minutes playing time....

It is also mentioned here, somewhere in the middle....

WoW!! You removed the link fast! I'll have to search youtube for the Battle of the Atlantic. I haven't seen those vids yet but I bought the five DVD "Victory at Sea" series containing 26 episodes for less than $10 in the store.
