When I click on the button for the chronometer in the hud nothing happens.I have all the hod mods...

Do as "Pv" said and remove all your mods. Then check your "watch", if it works load back mods one at a time as one of them is probably conflicting. But do not load all of the mods at once. ( in case you did before? ) You also mave have a bad SH4 install, if so reinstall, but remove SH4 folder in "My Documents" first.
