Surely you remember Citizen Waddle? He first popped up in 2001 off the coast of Oahu.

Now he's popping up all over the place.

It looks pretty harmless to me. And the article says he took full responsibiblity and even apologized to the family.

Kevin Mooney, commander of the USS San Francisco, seemed to show the same willingness to take responisibilty in a tv interview.
