Hi All ! I Have Purchased A Canadian Patrol Frigate 3ds Model That I Would Like To Addas A Playable Or Nonplayable In Dw. Can Any One Help? It Is Basicallythe Same As An Ohp For Weapons And Sensors....does Any One Know How To Convert The Playable Ohp Mod It To A Cpf?

Well, as a playable no... but as a non-playable, this can be added to the game.

I'm not familiar with the graphics end of things... perhaps someone else can provide instructions on this, in regards to adding non-playable platforms?

you could always just give the OHP the model of this ship, but you can't change a playable's weapons, sensors or stations(including bridge position).
