Default Bow foam

Has anyone seen the particle data for the Bow foam? All I can find is the shader data. Has to be something in the data saying how much, how fast for how long.....

Only looked at the textures for this stuff so far. Was gonna leave it to Beery but... To do something similar as the "Less Water Limber Holes" is pretty easy with just texture tweaks in PS. As to the actual speed and stuff I guess one have to dig deeper in the "particle.dat" On that note, I am still lost as to where to find the sizes for the underwater plants and rocks!?

For the bow foam, I am trying to find the data for the particle generator. I was thinking that it would follow the same lines as the smoke did. Hoping that I could find the wind Coef value, this way when the spray hits the bow, it would blow nicely with the wind velocity.

Right now, heavy sees just seem like big waves that the sub cruises through without effort.

As far as the underwater data, might try extracting the 3d models and simply making them smaller. Just a thought. All the digging I have done I have not found any reference to something like 3d model scale.

Sounds really nice if you can get that one going man. Keep it up. I have had a small amount of time to really look in to hexing stuff, but so far only gotten annoyed and stopped. Will pick it up now and then, like I said those dam giant rocks and plants are really getting on my nerve. I found the textures for the "grass.dds" and the "rocks.dds"´but resizing them wont have any effect, as the game simply uses one and resizes them itself in many sizes. I am sure that stuff must be in a .sim, .dat file somewhere.

I'm probably not going to try to get bow wakes to look good - at least not soon. If someone else has toned down the whiteness a bit I'd be VERY interested in a mod like that, but for a number of reasons I'm not able to work on that stuff right now.

Sure Berry, understand. I might give it a shot after finishing the "Observation Periscope" stuff I am fiddling with at the mo. Take care man!
