What Homeports are good to pick up new classes of U-Boats
IXB/ IXC/IXD/XXI

Lorient, Penang, Jakarta, Boudereax. And the XXI Bergen.

For the IXs, you should go to:

Early on: Wilhelmshaven

French bases: Lorient or Bordeaux

Post Invasion of Normandy: Probably Flensburg or Bergen

For the XXIs, you should go to Bergen in '44. Any other boat types you're wondering about?
