GWX, how do I increase the Time Compression?

WITHOUT SHCOMMANDER

I don't have internet at home, and I cannot download SH COMMANDER at this moment..

I remember there is a file .config? that I could adjust some how..

I just want to make the 1024x higher..

Someone has to remember the way.

That would be in Main.cfg. You have two, one in the game folder\data\cfg and one in your documents\SH3\cfg. I think it´s the one in your documents you should edit. Mine looks like this
[TIME COMPRESSION]
TimeStop=0
RealTime=1
LandProximity=128
CriticalDamage=1
CrewEfficiency=1
AirEnemyDetected=0
SoundEffects=2
CharacterAnim=4
EnemyDetected=1
RadioReport=1
Particles=8
PrayState=64
HunterState=64
3DRender=32
Maximum=1024

and the one in the game folder
[TIME COMPRESSION]
TimeStop=0
RealTime=1
LandProximity=128
CriticalDamage=1
CrewEfficiency=1

Particles=8

I don´t now why there is a difference, I´m using The Cmdr.

Hi!

SH3 loads the version from gamefolder\data\cfg into "YourDocuments"\SH3\cfg and then uses the version in "YourDocuments"

If you want to effect an immediate change, change both (that way when SH3 loads from gamefolder in the future you won't revert to the original.

REMEMBER TO MAKE A BACKUP COPY OF THE FILE FIRST!

If you don't want to back up your original files do the changes via SH3Cmd and JSGME. That way you can always rollback and stay with the original version.

Thanks all, I figured it out lastnight, just made the TC to 5000

That's really all I needed, though today I am going to change the land one, its way to slow
