Modding Torps and guns

What Programs or stuff do I need to modify the guns/Ammo and torpedoes. The stuff i want to the torpedoes is for the homing one to have a better turning radius and maybe a bit more bang Just for giggles. And the ammo is kina just for giggles aswell well basically have a deckgun that shoots a little quicker and shells that do DD/BB damage lol Basicaly just to have a little fun.
