Mission 4 I think , drop off spy on the coast of Japan.

completed , mission update Star_Binoculars patrol the coast of Japan.

Task Force heading my way. Great I think , never had a BB or Carriers to sink.

Dead of night , rain storm. I tack a line of the unknown ship while the DD escorts pass within 800meters of me. And then I see it , only just! An outline not of the hull but the funnels and masts against a very very poor light through the rain. My 4 aft torps are ready, I set them to 5meters deep and from 0 angle 1 right for each other shot. She is on my 170 and I let her have all 4, all 4 hit the ship I got a lock about 160 and it was the Liner from the 1st page of the ship-rec-manual 19,000tn Troop Carrirer.

I was thinking 4 would never be enough for something that big, but it might slow her right down and in the dark and heavy rain I would get a few shells into her. The 4 hit with in seconds of each other from 350meters. Some flames from her back funnel, not3 minutes after the 1st torp struck her, she was gone! All 19,000tns of her.

I hope it wasn't an POW ship. The poor guys would be locked in the hold.
