Windowed Mode unfunctional/missing

Hi all

When I started up the game, and went to Options, then Graphic Settings, and checked Windowed Mode. and then Applied, Exited. Then started up the game again. It came on full screen.. Just to make sure I did it correct I even started a mission. Still Windowed.
I donno if it`s a bug or whoa, but still posted it for good measure.

I'm having the same problem. Any ideas out there?

I'm using Vista btw, with two monitors.
